If you return is accepted under unique circumstances, Just Air Inflatable Events has up to 3-4 days to refund the cost of the rental.

Damages and issues

Please inspect all equipment upon set up. If the weather does not permit, we can provide you with a new date. Rentals will not go out during a hurricance.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

The rental of the inflatable nightclub, the movie theater, chairs, tables, and giant connect 4 are a paid rental services. In the event of a major problem, refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

Please provide one weeks notice if there is a date change, so we can ensure we have a date available for you.

Refunds

We will provide excellent set up/breakdown services. Refunds are not provided as our tents, chairs, movie screens, and equipment are rented per day and per hour. The cost of the rental is concluded after set-up.

A non-refundable charge of $100 will be needed to hold your requested date.
